Company Achieves Kitemark® Certification for Quality Workmanship
Panoramic Windows and Conservatories
of Bristol has been awarded the prestigious BSI Kitemark® for its
installation services.
Among other things, the Kitemark, which was awarded under the product
installers scheme operated by BSI Product Services, recognises the quality
and consistency of the company's work, the excellence of its customer
service, and its approved warranty procedures.

We're
delighted to have achieved Kitemark certification, said Steve Evans,
Managing Director of Panoramic, as it demonstrates for all to see
that we are successfully meeting our objectives of providing our customers
with the best quality products complemented by a level of service that
few others in the industry can match.
Our market is very competitive, he continued, and we
firmly believe that the BSI Kitemark, because of its independence and
high level of recognition, gives our products and company a real competitive
advantage. This is of paramount importance for the future success of our
company.
He continues: We strive for professionalism in all that we do, and
we understand that, however good the products are that we use, the customers
look for fitters who perform in their homes to meet, if not exceed, their
expectations. Our Kitemark installation award is proof positive that we
are providing a service that lives up to these requirements.
To qualify for Kitemark certification, Panoramic had to undergo a rigorous
assessment procedure that involved a detailed investigation of its management,
quality and customer care systems, as well as on-site examination of work
that the company had carried out.
This initial assessment will be followed by regular annual re-assessments
to ensure the company is maintaining or improving its performance, and
that it is keeping up to date with the latest developments in products,
materials, techniques and legislation.
Following its success in achieving Kitemark recognition, Panoramic can
now use the BSI Kitemark, which is recognised by over 82% of consumers
as a symbol of quality, in its literature, advertising material and on
its vehicles.
As a further aid to business growth, the company will also be listed on
the BSI website. This provides additional visibility and allows potential
customers to quickly identify Panoramic as an accredited local installer.
