Roof Assured Roofing Rewards
The
company says it's not just the season of goodwill that has inspired Sarnafil
Roof Assured to launch a comprehensive registered installer loyalty scheme,
but a commitment to providing the glazing installer with everything required
to develop a new profit stream.
Glazing installers are maturing and becoming home improvement specialists
and that means adopting new products and with it comes training requirements,
marketing support and a commitment from the new supplier. This is something
that Sarnafil Roof Assured has already proven to a number of high profile
installation companies and that includes the new range of marketing support
materials. In addition to these, the company has just launched an innovative
scheme to reward customer loyalty - the Registered Installer Loyalty Scheme.
This new scheme will be introduced from January 2008 and works much in
the same way as any high street loyalty points card, for every pound spent
with Sarnafil Roof Assured each Registered Installers will accrue points.
Put simply, the more money spent on materials, the more points earnt.
Each quarter, along with an account statement, each installer will be
sent notification of how many points have been accumulated, for use to
redeem against marketing materials, including the new Sarnafil Roof Assured
fliers, brochures, display models and DVD's.
The scheme is being introduced to reward the sales efforts of the nationwide
network of Registered Installers as Mark Harris, head of marketing at
Sarnafil Roof Assured explains. We realise the business value of
the comprehensive training programmes and on-site assistance we provide,
but the loyalty scheme is about rewarding our customers. It's our way
of giving something back and helping registered contractors further develop
