Glassline Opts For Super Spacer®

Glassline, the South East based sealed unit manufacturer, has chosen Edgetech's Super Spacer as its preferred Warm Edge Technology.

Michael Trewin, Sales Manager of Glassline explains why the company, currently making 5000 units per week, took the decision to double its capacity with a fully automated Super Spacer applicator: ‘An increasing number of customers were asking us for units that will help them achieve a good Window Energy Rating, so we started to investigate Warm Edge Technology to help us exceed our customers' expectations. Glassline was established in March 2000 in a 1,500 sq ft factory and was manufacturing 100 units a day with six employees. Now it manufactures its 5,000 units from 20,000 sq ft and employs 55. It remains a family run company and prides itself on quality products and good service.
