Stillwater Group Acquires Successful Retail Company

The Watford based Stillwater Group has finalised the acquisition of highly successful window, door and conservatory retailer Just Windows and Doors.

Hertfordshire based Just Windows and Doors is headed by well-known and respected industry figure and former GGF President Greg O'Donoghue, who will continue to be closely involved with the business.

The Stillwater Group was formed in early 2007 and encompasses A-Plus Windows and Doors and A-Plus Joinery. This recent acquisition is a cornerstone of the Stillwater Groups strategy for long-term growth which sees the company bucking the current downward trend experienced by many companies within the industry.
