Online Ordering from Astraseal

Astraseal is offering its trade customers a new online ordering option which will enable them to produce quotes and place orders from their own PC 24-hours a day.

The Wellingborough based REHAU fabricator has invested in the Window Designer online software which enables customers to log on to the Astraseal server and use a virtual order processing service.

This has made it possible for customers to prepare quotes branded to their own business, draw presentation drawings, save and change order specifications and place orders direct with the Astraseal factory at a time convenient to them.

Zac Nedimovic, Sales and Marketing Manager at Astraseal, believes the new software is increasingly what many installers want from their supplier. He says: ‘Installers working on site all day often don’t have the time to place orders and prepare quotes during office hours when our sales and order processing team are available.

‘Instead, they want to do that in the evening or at weekends or when they have just completed a survey. This new online ordering option gives them complete flexibility and has the potential to make the process quicker for customers as they can set up their own quotation template and use it for sales presentations.’

Astraseal customers can use the online ordering option for free with no licensing costs or additional software to be purchased.
