22 Unveils New Composite Door Framing Systems
Window and door systems specialist Profile
22 has unveiled two new dedicated composite door framing systems,
designed to give fabricators and installers easy access to the rapidly
expanding composite door market.
Available
for manufacture in either 60mm or 70mm, the composite door systems accept
thermoplastic, GRP or steel-faced door leafs, giving fabricators the chance
to choose a leaf that suits their own particular needs.
With additional features including a low threshold option with unique
draining system and smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, Profile 22's new
composite door systems combine a high-specification with advanced features
making them simple to fabricate and easy to fit.
Rob McGlennon, divisional sales director at Profile 22, said: Profile
22's dedicated composite door systems combine a high insulation foam core
with recycled RCM or aluminium reinforced frames and when fitted with
a suitable door, they comply fully with UK Building Regulations' thermal
requirements.
'The composite door market has grown considerably within the domestic,
new build and commercial markets and by introducing these two new systems,
Profile 22 is helping fabricators and installers gain easy access to potential
sales opportunities in the market place.
The two composite door framing systems feature easy to assemble cleating
systems, can be complemented by a full range of hardware and cills and
are all weather tested to BS6375.
Rob added: Aesthetically strong and thermally efficient, these door
systems are part of a new generation of products from Profile 22 designed
to support fabricators and installers maximise their business growth in
a changing and challenging market.
