Foilcraft Creditors Meeting

It would appear that window foiling specialist Foilcraft UK Ltd has been forced into administration. In December 1999, Foilcraft International Ltd (Registered No. 3254158) was also placed in administration. A third company, Foilcraft Ltd (Company No. 06396938) has only recently been formed (11/10/07), with the same registered office in Bolton as Foilcraft UK Ltd.

The London Gazette records that 'Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of Foilcraft UK Ltd (Company Number 03918696) will be held at Brazennose House, Lincoln Square, Manchester M2 5BL, on 22 November 2007, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of dealing with sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Shareholders' Meeting has been convened for 22 November 2007 to pass a Resolution for the winding-up of the Company.

A full list of the names and addresses of the Company's Creditors may be examined free of charge at the offices of Brazennose House, Lincoln Square, Manchester M2 5BL, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the day of the Meeting'. (Signed P Gray , Director).
