Thermoseal Group is 17% Up and You Haven’t Seen Anything Yet!

Thermoseal Group, the UK's largest supplier of the Thermix-TX.N warm edge spacer bar and supplier of double glazing machinery and consumables, has announced that its sales are up 17% on this time last year.

This rise has become a welcome pattern for Thermoseal Group since it has made significant investments into improving its customers experience with The Group.

Gwain Paterson, Managing Director at Thermoseal Group, says: 'We have devoted a great deal of time and money into improving our customer offering and we’re delighted by the result that this effort is showing on sales.

'As an industry leader, we strive to be the best, so have spent time actively seeking opinions from our current customers and also those we’d like to be our customers. Although this opinion was generally favourable we saw various areas for improvement.

'As a result, we have updated our in-house processes, broadened our quality control procedures and expanded our fleet of vehicles. Also, we now have our own marketing department with the main goal of generating sales leads for our customers and giving them the literature and tools to help sell double glazed sealed units.

'The response has been fantastic because more of our customers are now buying everything from us. Instead of just spacer tube or sealant they are happy to trust us to supply all of their components. This way they get a guaranteed service from a company that they know will deliver as promised.

'It’s great to see our customers trust in us and we don’t intend to let them down. We recognise that trust is a two-way relationship and our aim is to make sure that building and maintaining customer trust is our number one priority.
