Online
Registration for Glassex and GP&T Now Live
Online
registration for visitors to sign up in advance for Glassex and GP&T
is now live on the website at www.gexhibition.com. It is the quickest
and easiest way of obtaining free entry to the shows, and enables visitors
to gain access into both exhibitions, which take place at the NEC Birmingham
from 8 - 10 April 2008.
For the first time this year, the registration process has been improved
with a multiple online registration option which enables one person to
register a number of colleagues in one online application. In addition,
all visitors who register online will receive a copy of the Glassex and
GP&T email newsletter, The Forum, which provides all the latest show
and exhibitor news.
To help visitors plan their time as effectively as possible, online registrations
will automatically receive a personalised list of exhibitors and news,
plus a floorplan, when they submit their registration. This provides them
with details of which exhibitors are displaying the products and services
requested by the visitor in advance, with details of where they are on
the floorplan and other relevant news.
Says Claire Shilling, Marketing Manager of Glassex and GP&T, This
service was introduced last year, and we've received extremely positive
feedback from visitors as a result. The Plan Your Visit tool ensures that
all online registrations receive the latest show information that's relevant
to them and their business, enabling them to plan ahead to make the most
of their time at the exhibitions.
The final improvement to the registration process is the option for visitors
to choose how they want to receive their badge. A personalised badge can
be mailed as normal approximately 4 weeks before the show but this year
it is possible to receive a unique reference number by email for badge
collection on-site at specialised computers in the registration areas.
It is simply a question of inputting the reference number and visitor's
surname at self-service pods in order to print the entry badge.
Claire Shilling continues: The changes to the website and the registration
process as a whole have been designed to make visiting the show as easy
and as straightforward as possible, and the free issue of The Forum, combined
with the Plan Your Visit tool, is a value-added service to ensure that
visitors can make the most of their time at the show and see all the exhibitors
of interest to them.
