Offers Assurance with Revamped Online Presence
Manchester fabricator Sureframe
has launched a new Web site - www.sureframe.com - in order to better communicate
the company's quality and service philosophy to both installers and consumers
alike.
The
Web site - developed in conjunction with its systems supplier, WHS Halo
- covers not only the product dimension of the window and conservatory
offer; but also addresses the homeowner and installer directly and explains
Sureframe's focus on reliability, professionalism and people.
The company's primary business commitment is based on the sales and manufacturing
principles of impeccable personal service; with quality goods at competitive
rates. Sureframe window products are founded on the highly engineered,
versatile Eclipse (chamfered) and Esthétique (sculptured) 70mm
systems from WHS Halo. It also offers vertical sliders, sourced through
WHS Halo; doors and conservatories.
One new initiative launched on the site is Sureframe Assured - a business
support package to offer installers a wide range of solutions aimed at
areas where assistance is required. Through Sureframe Assured, the company
is able to help develop businesses in the North West by providing a variety
of training designed to improve not only operational efficiency, but also
to equip the installer with the professional and business skills to deliver
ultimate customer satisfaction.
Working with In Business Together, WHS Halo's training and consultancy
programme; Sureframe can offer installers courses on industry specific
disciplines, from retail selling and improving conversion rates, through
to installation and surveying best practices.
The majority of Sureframe's customers are in and around the north west;
but it is also keen to develop strategic installation partnerships further
afield.
