Schüco Opens New Network Centre

Architects, contractors and fabricators working in conjunction with Schüco UK are set to benefit from a new exhibition and conference facility that the company has just opened at its Head Office in Milton Keynes. Known as the Network Centre, it is designed not only to house the UK's largest permanent exhibition of façade, window, door and solar energy systems, but also to provide a venue for marketing presentations and sales seminars by business partners of Schüco.

The decision to establish this pioneering facility was taken as part of a recent corporate expansion driven by rapidly expanding demand for the company's systems and products. Schüco also sees the Network Centre as being a tangible demonstration of its whole-hearted commitment to its national network of business partners.

The new Centre contains examples of Schüco's systems in both aluminium and steel - including its range of aluminium louvre blades. One section can be used as a lecture-style theatre for an audience of just over a hundred. The Centre also has a coffee bar with tables and chairs and one specific area is devoted to Schüco solar products encompassing solar thermal and photovoltaic (including glass/glass laminates) systems.

Equipping the Network Centre represents a major corporate investment in terms of both time and money, but Schüco is convinced that it will prove its worth by helping to make its business partners better equipped and more competitive than rival companies.
