Weatherseal Confirms Zenith Staybrite Warranties are Safe

Weatherseal has announced that it will honour all warranties and guarantees from Zenith Staybrite, the double glazing and home improvements company that went into administration earlier this year.

The company, which is part of the Latium Group of companies and has an annual turnover of approximately £500 million, acquired the sales and installation divisions of Zenith Staybrite in January after it was put into administration by owners Bowater.

Zenith Staybrite had more than 900,000 warranties and guaranties for windows and double glazing installations across the UK when it went into administration.

Weatherseal Managing Director Ian Blackhurst said: 'Weatherseal has always prided itself on its commitment to customer care and that remains the case following our acquisition of Zenith Staybrite.

'We have aimed to make this acquisition as seamless as possible and ensure that Zenith Staybrite customers continue to receive the highest standards of service and that all existing warranties and guarantees are honoured.

'If any customers have any concerns they should contact their Zenith Staybrite representative who will be happy to deal with their enquiry as normal.

'Weatherseal is one of the UK's longest-established window companies specialising in double glazing, windows and doors, conservatories, roofline products and provides a service that's second-to-none.'

Zenith Staybrite will continue to trade under its existing band name and currently has orders for more than £10 million. Weatherseal plans to invest further in the Zenith Staybrite brand particularly in sales and customer care.
