Expanding throughout Europe: Tremco illbruck Acquires Prosytec, France

By acquiring Prosytec SAS, a producer of insulating glass sealants, Tremco illbruck International strengthens its market position in Europe. Customers will profit from the company's increased market and technical expertise.

In line with its international growth strategy, Tremco illbruck International now announces the acquisition of the French Prosytec SAS. As a leading supplier of insulating glass and construction sealants, with strong market positions in France, South and East Europe, Prosytec SAS employs 63 people and generates an annual turnover of approximately 26 million Euros. The registered office is in Paris and production facilities are located in Dijon.

By acquiring Prosytec SAS, Tremco illbruck further expands its European organisation. With approximately 1000 employees now in 15 sales and five production units, it produces and sells sealant solutions for the building industry throughout Europe.
