PBM-DQS Appointed by Tremco

PBM-DQS has been appointed National Distributor for Tremco HM300 High Performance Butyl Hot Melt IG Sealant.

Tremco HM300 is a single component, butyl-based sealant, developed specifically for IG unit manufacture to provide a long lasting and reliable barrier to moisture penetration.

Available nationwide from 22 PBM-DQS branches in 7kg blocks (equivalent to 6.25 litres), Tremco HM300 is a single component which requires no mixing. With a melt temperature of just 177 degrees, which is rather less than comparative products, HM300 is a free-flowing, solvent free sealant that requires no cure time and facilitates immediate handling and shipping of IG units. Other notable performance benefits include extremely low vapour transmission and excellent UV performance to provide a long IG unit life. With its ease of application and excellent adhesion to aluminium and glass, HM300 ensures optimum productivity in what is a time-critical manufacturing process.
