New World Integrates with Senator

Composite door and panel manufacturer New World Developments has integrated Senator Windows into its private data network [VPN]. Secure VPNs can transmit sensitive information over the internet.

After intensive training with key staff from Senator, Ireland’s prestigious PVC window and conservatory manufacturer, the order buying procedure has been transformed for both the customer and supplier. Now orders are instantaneously logged into New World’s system. To eliminate errors immediately and impose a new discipline on both parties, any inaccuracies are highlighted and so the order cannot be filed until correctly adjusted.

Because of the choice and complexity of the Apeer, Monno and new Isolate doorsets, New World had firstly to design a mobile application form specifically to suit. When an online order is received, New World’s system immediately replies with a detailed confirmation.

Through VPN, the customer becomes ‘part of the family’; it has access to New World’s system and can therefore track orders and review the status quo. Automatically synchronised, there is complete network compatibility. The satisfying result for all concerned is there is no delay, no errors and no clarification needed; also more information is available for all parties.

New World’s VPN integration also gives Senator management enhanced access to download its own statistics – e.g. types of door on each project, delivery dates etc.
