Crystal Direct and Total Hardware: a Successful Partnership

Hertfordshire-based national trade fabricator Crystal Direct says that it has seen its customer base grow by 11% in 2007 and sales by 17% because it has got great relationships with suppliers, such as Total Hardware.

‘Our success has been assisted by excellent supply from our hardware suppliers, like Total Hardware,’ says Brian Geraghty, Operations Director. ‘Window and door hardware is fundamental to top performance and gives homeowners the all important security features they want.’

The door hardware range includes the Secured By Design (SBD) and British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved Paddock Lockmaster, and six colours of sprung handles. The window hardware also includes SBD accreditation and a range of colours and foils.

Brian continues: ‘Total's range helps us produce high quality windows and doors. We can offer our customers a range of products including those that meet security and weathering standards. We're also in the process of developing an extensive brochure so our customers can show the entire range to the homeowner.’
