Sternfenster to Show How to Beat the Burglar

Burglars will be attempting to force a window and break in at the annual Lincolnshire Show this week - but exhibitors need not worry that their valuables are going to be stolen.

The 'burglars' will in fact be ordinary members of the public who are being invited to test the security of Sternfenster windows.

The Lincoln-based manufacturer of windows, doors and conservatories will be bringing its popular Beat the Burglar feature to its stand (Avenue 8B Row 336) to demonstrate how tough the firm makes life for anyone trying to break in.

'We provide a crowbar, a screwdriver and a hammer and invite people to break in through our window to win £50,' said Mike Parczuk, Managing Director of Sternfenster.

'Even our own staff have been foiled by it, thinking they know better and failing miserably!'

Demonstrations will take place three times a day on both days at the Lincolnshire Show this week (Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th June).

Sternfenster will also be staging a free prize draw to win a football signed by the Lincoln City first team squad.

Members of the public who won't be at the Lincolnshire Show can still enter the draw by emailing sales@sternfenster.com, writing 'Football Comp' in the subject line and including their name and address.

The draw will take place at the end of June and the winner will be notified in writing.

Sternfenster will also be offering discounts to anyone who makes an appointment or asks for a quotation at the show.
