Security solutions provider, Adams Rite has introduced a new range of door closers into its product portfolio. The company has diversified and expanded its product offering to fabricators in order to provide total door solutions.

In addition to overhead, surface-mounted and floor spring door closers, Adams Rite now offers the Abloy 250 and 330 CAM Action Door Closers in its Door Hardware range. The CAM Action Door Closers are suitable for use on internal and external doors and the 250 is particularly suited for doors exposed to high wind pressure or heavy use. They are particularly appropriate for use in buildings housing elderly, young or disabled people because of the low opening force they provide.

When fitted to suitable doorsets, the door closers meet the requirements of Building Regulations, specifically Approved Document M, due to the ease of accessibility. Both the initial and final closing speeds are fully adjustable and the power rating can be varied from CEN sizes 1-6 on the 250 and 1-4 on the 330.

Abloy 250 and 330 CAM Action Door Closers are available through Adams Rite with detachable covers, slide arms and fixings. The door closers which retail at £283.90 for DC250 and £200.40 for DC330, are CE marked and carry a ten year guarantee.
