As part of its continuous programme of product improvement, WHS Halo has introduced an Arched Head Insert moulding suitable for its quality engineered System 10, Eclipse, Eclipse esthétique, Rustique and other suites where concealed gaskets are used.

Reminiscent of popular heritage detailing on traditional windows, the high quality mouldings can add a significant aesthetic difference to any installation - without complicating the fabrication process - and give the homeowner greater choice in window styling, and further opportunities to customise their replacement windows to suit personal taste.

As with all WHS Halo products, fabrication and fitter friendliness are to the fore - as the Arched Head Inserts are supplied with adhesive pads already attached. Simply clean the glass thoroughly with a proprietary glass cleaner; and fix the components into place on the inside and outside of the glass. This should ideally be carried out during the final installation phase, just in case there is any need to deglaze the product.

The Arched Head Insert sets comprise - per window - four arched head infill panels, four head insert adhesive pads, two keystones and two keystone adhesive pads. The inserts are now available ex-stock and are offered in white; and rosewood and cherry foils on brown and caramel bases respectively.
