WHS Halo has responded to the shortening of industry lead times throughout the supply chain by posting impressive results for its 'on time, in full' (OTIF) deliveries to its fabricator customer base.

In the first two months of the year, OTIF levels reached 99.9%, helping WHS Halo customers meet increasingly stringent turn around times being demanded by installers as they seek to increase efficiency levels and reduce costs.

WHS Halo's customer service manager, Shane Gray, said, ‘With lead times being shortened right throughout the supply chain, and particularly in the trade market with many fabricators offering their installers a 5-day turn around as standard; 'on time, in full' deliveries have never been more important. We stepped up our game again at the beginning of this year and it's pleasing to see the very positive results for our customers’.

‘In such a tight market there are no margins for error. Installers need to get paid quickly by getting on and off site quickly, putting the onus very much on the fabricator to deliver finished goods on time. WHS Halo is playing its part by ensuring that its fabricators are kept fully stocked and well resourced to meet orders,’ commented managing director, Winston Duguid.
