Stillwater Continues Acquisition Trail in Lincolnshire

Watford based Stillwater Group has continued its acquisition trail with the completion of the purchase of Kawneer commercial fabricator and installation company Lincolnshire Architectural Glazing Limited.

Founded in 1996, Lincolnshire Architectural Glazing (LAG) is a long-standing authorised dealer of the Kawneer range of products and has built a reputation for its customer service and high quality installations. With a customer base spanning the public and private sectors, LAG provides architectural glazing for, amongst others, schools, universities, offices, retail parks and car showrooms across the North East and Midlands.

The purchase of LAG is the latest phase of the Stillwater Group's plan to build the strength of the Group through carefully selected acquisition.

Formed in early 2007, the Stillwater Group which encompasses A-Plus Windows, A-Plus Joinery and Just Windows and Doors is seeing strong growth across all companies. Chairman Peter Warr commented: ‘Lincolnshire Architectural Glazing is an incredibly strong company with a reputation that is second to none in its area.
