Glazerite
at a Premium with MACO MACH 3
Glazerite Windows says that it has a mission to supply
only premium quality windows. Working in partnership with MACO for the
company is a natural process, combining high specification hardware with
a quality production process. The company has now obtained BS7950 and
BS7412 accreditation on windows produced using the MACO MACH 3 Shootbolt
Espagnolette.
These
accreditations enhance the already healthy reputation of Glazerite. The
Kitemarks add power to the already robust sales proposition, in that they
demonstrate both weather performance (BS7412) and enhanced security levels
(BS7950/7412) thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and payback on the
investments of over £550,000 in plant and machinery, made in the
last twelve months.
John Hewitt - Glazerite's Managing Director is Delighted with the
speed in which the company gained the accreditation and acknowledges
the part MACO played in the process with its in-house testing facilities,
solving any pre-testing glitches. Glazerite recently received a certificate
from MACO commemorating the 500th test at the company's UK headquarters
at Sittingbourne. The MACO hardware systems are manufactured to specifically
to suit profiles - in this instance the VEKA Matrix 58mm and 70mm fully
sculptured casement window systems.
John Hewitt also makes the point that, Where companies work in collaboration
bringing together quality components into one finished product, and then
take the route to compliance testing and accreditation, it demonstrates
the value of such partnerships to both the trade and specifiers, raising
the level of the reputation of the industry.
