Sovereign launches to Trade with VEKA Hat-Trick

Lancashire-based Sovereign Group is launching a trade division, Sovereign Direct, making it the only fabricator north of the M62 to offer installers all three VEKA systems as well as the supplier's new Vertical Slider and Fully Reversible.

Sovereign is taking on the fully-sculptured Matrix FS specifically for the new division but already manufactures Matrix 58mm and 70mm for commercial work so, as Trade Sales Manager Harold Doyle explained, it was a simple natural progression to offer all three to the trade.

‘This means we can give installers the ideal frame for any application as well as VEKA's unrivalled reputation for technical excellence,’ he said.

‘We have also launched an extensive Trade Counter at our factory in Nelson to offer an even more comprehensive service.

‘Sovereign has supplied a number of trade customers for several years but the majority of our business has been commercial. Now we are in a position to turn the range, cost-effectiveness and experience we have gained from our major contracts to the advantage of trade installers.’

Sovereign Group is the UK's longest-standing VEKA fabricator, having imported the product even before the system supplier began manufacturing here. As well as fabricating the three systems, Sovereign also manufactures its own composite door using the supplier's profile.

The company recruited Harold to run the new division but he has many years' experience with a number of VEKA fabricators.
