Freefoam Continues Strong Growth

Freefoam Plastics, the specialist in UV-protected PVC roofline and rainwater systems, has experienced significant growth in 2007, with turnover over €35m during the first three quarters of 2007. Sales are up by almost 20% compared with the same period last year. The growth in sales highlights the continued success Freefoam has experienced in all markets. Freefoam says that is on its way to becoming the number one roofline manufacturer in Europe and extending its strong market positions in the UK, Irish and French markets to the rest of Europe.

Recent expansion at the Freefoam manufacturing plant in Northampton is just one of the developments in the Freefoam success story and is indicative of the growing demand for Freefoam products. Freefoam also has a dedicated sales team operating throughout Continental Europe and has opened a distribution centre in Chartres, France to manage the growing demand in these markets.

The major reasons for Freefoam's growth have been attributed to the increased demand for existing products and the introduction of new products. Freeflow rainwater systems, Slate and Tile Trim systems and the new Eaves Protector product are just some of the new products in Freefoam's extensive portfolio.
