Edgetech Expands its Customer Service Offering

Some companies focus so much attention on getting new business they forget to look after the customers they have. Edgetech, the Warm Edge Technology supplier, takes a different approach.

‘If we give our customers the support they need, they will grow,’ says Andy Jones, Managing Director of Edgetech UK, ‘so everyone gains. We're pleased to announce two new additions to our customer service team, Julie Neville and Charlotte Mercer. Julie joins the team as Office Manager with over 25 years of experience in customer services, while Charlotte joins us as Sales and Marketing Advisor to ensure customers get the support they need to stay ahead.’
