Crossland Returns to the CPA Fold

Crossland Conservatories of Kettering is committed to caring for its customers and has been using the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) for all of its insurance requirements for the past four years.

‘We provide the highest quality products and systems for the home improvement market,’ comments John Philips, Director at Crossland. ‘As our products represent a large investment to our customers, we offer the most comprehensive service package to ensure that they are fully confident with us, and this includes the insurance from the CPA.’

The CPA is an independent organisation that can offer a range of services from deposit indemnities to insurance backed guarantees to home improvement purchasers. Where the CPA differs from comparable companies is in its commitment to the customer, a dedication that John readily admits is second to none.

‘We pride ourselves on customer care and every project we undertake is personally managed by one of the two directors who founded the company seven years ago,’ he continues. ‘Hence we expect the same quality standards from our suppliers and the CPA not only communicates openly and readily with our customers but also with us, providing us with quarterly reports and constant updates which ease our administration. The company is also very well known to the consumer so they have every confidence that in the unlikely event of something going wrong, they are covered.’

Crossland used another insurer in the past but found that its service was substandard compared with the CPA, and after a six month sabbatical, returned to the CPA fold. ‘Our service is only offered to members who have satisfied us that they are competent in their chosen field,’ comments Mr John Travers, Director of the CPA. ‘Crossland values what we value which is total customer satisfaction, and we are delighted that the company has returned to us!’
