CELL Productions' New Sound Insulation System

CELL Productions, a producer of acoustic materials and sound insulation systems in The Netherlands has announced high profile applications of its new product, 125 Hz Acoustic Frames.

125 Hz Acoustic Frames is an all-purpose, universal acoustic insulation system. These acoustic frames can be used as sound insulation system for separation walls, but also to improve the sound insulation value on existing walls, floors, ceilings and roofs, both internally and externally.

Three large scale projects where the system has been installed are: the Harders Plaza at Harderwijk, a 13000 m2 entertainment centre; Den Enghel at Bergen op Zoom, a new dance theatre and Danssalon at Eindhoven as part of a new large entertainment centre.

Profi Projecten B.V. Goirle is licensed to sell and install this new system. The patent for this all-purpose suitable system is registered under no. 1032871.

Henk Leferink at CELL Productions, commented, 'We have seen success since launching the 125 Hz Acoustic Frames earlier this year. Due to continued demand in the market, we are seeking third parties interested in licensing production and sales in other European countries. The three aforementioned projects demonstrate the range of applications of this system and we are confident our system can be installed in other similar projects across the continent. We also have the technology for installing new production plants and with an increasing focus on the environment, are able to reuse the reject of paper factories but incorporating this into our production methods.'

Profi Projecten B.V. Goirle is also involved in a big project of 60000 m2 for the insulation against airborne noise in the new terminals at Malaga airport. A roof insulation with noise reduction of 45 dB(A) is being developed by Archiobel international B.V. Goirle at the airport.

The 125 Hz Acoustic Frames were introduced at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre at the exhibition Bau 2007 in Germany and at the international building exhibition BouwBeurs 2007 in The Netherlands. Distribution agreements have already in place for The Netherlands, part of Germany and the U.K.
