Synseal
Gives every Conservatory Customer a New Website
From
2nd June every Synseal conservatory customer has their own website showing
the new consumer DVD. The site is personalised to each company with an
individually recorded voice over introduction plus their company name
and contact details on the home screen. And there is a space where to
add customers' logos and even link into their existing web sites.
This
is also a powerful sales tool, says Andy Ball, Synseal's Sales Director.
And it's completely free to customers. It's not just for retail
sales; we've given each of our customers the chance to give their trade
customers the same benefit.
The initial idea came from www.conservatorytests.org where we added
names onto the new trade DVD presentation. Many of our customers asked
if you could have the same facilities for the consumer DVD.
This time we went even further to give customers a real benefit
when selling in the home. It's a tough market and we wanted to help customers
with something that we could deliver quickly and effectively.
The feedback has been superb. In the first day, we've been inundated
with calls to add logos and website links for customers who want to use
the new service.
Andy adds: This is the first part of our new consumer programme.
We'll be keeping customers updated with more developments over the coming
weeks.
