Grand Designs Good for Wood as Masterframe Unveils New Timber Sash

Sash specialist Masterframe Windows opened up a new sector of the market for its Bygone Preferred Installers (BPIs) after exhibiting at Grand Designs in May. The Essex-based manufacturer unveiled a new, timber version of its flagship Bygone Collection window, available exclusively to BPIs.

Masterframe has already quoted for £147,000 worth of business from Grand Designs for its BPI network, with many more quality leads in the pipeline.

‘Although I've often fought the case for PVC-U,’ says Alan Burgess, ‘I've got nothing against wood. For some people and some properties, timber is the right material.
