Glaverbel
has introduced the latest addition to the company’s extensive range
of fire-resistant glazing, Pyrobelite 12. Tested in large dimensions
(914mm x 2400mm) at Warrington Fire Research to EN standards and approved
to BS standards for fire performance, Pyrobelite 12 has proved its suitability
for timber screen applications where 60 minutes integrity and low radiation
(heat control) are required.
Pyrobelite
12 offers the combination of proven fire protection, the neutrality
and transparency of clear glass, and the flexibility of large glazing
dimensions. As with all Glaverbel fire-resistant glass products, stock
is held locally by approved processors, can be cut to order, and is
available on excellent lead times.
Pyrobelite and Pyrobel from Glaverbel offer fire protection from 30
minutes integrity right up to 120 minutes integrity and insulation when
