Eurocell Profiles Launches Ovolo ‘J’ Bead System as Part of £5m Tooling Investment

Eurocell Profiles is launching 2 additions to their product range, both due to be available in early 2005. A purpose designed one piece Cavity closer and Head Vent system with mechanical corner joints will be available in late spring. Specifically designed to reduce labour costs the system will be available for both 100mm and 75mm cavities.

The Ovolo Eurologik fully sculpted 70mm ‘J’ bead Window and Door System has also been developed by Eurocell’s in house technical design team in conjunction with our customers. The system will bring with it a number of unique features that will be beneficial to both fabricators and installers, including the successful BBA approved Logik j-bead system, which is already gaining very positive feedback from recently converted fabricators.

'Our growing fabricator network, particularly our retail customers will be very pleased with the finish and aesthetics of the new system. We fully expect the system to be one of our key products for this year, with our sales team already receiving enquiries from existing and potential new customers. This investment along with the new cavity closer suite, increased machine capacity and faster twin strand tooling means we have spent over £5m during the last quarter of 2004 in keeping our fabricator customers competitive' said David Leng, Managing Director, Eurocell Profiles.
