Mini Hinge is Latest Addition to Carl F Hardware

Carl F Petersen has added a mini flag hinge from Paddock to its hardware portfolio. Designed to save time and money, the hinge also offers important security features.

With the ability to support doors up to 100kg in weight with three hinges fitted, high performance is assured as over 100,000 operations have been completed in a cycle test and the hinge is classified to 240 hours Neutral Salt Spray.

The hinge is designed to be easy to install as on-site 3D adjustment ensures a perfect fit every time. Suitable for open-in or open-out doors, security is afforded with a face plate secured from within and accessible only when the door is open.

Time-saving benefits include a single Allen key for lateral, height and compression adjustment. Components packed in complete sets are
ready-to-hand and self locating packers accommodate frame upstands from 13mm to 17mm. A single unhanded, hardened steel jig which is adjustable, accurate and easy-to-use is separately available.

Competitively priced and available ex-stock for next day delivery, the hinge is produced in four finishes: white powder coated with white packers/end caps, dark brown powder coated with black packers/end caps, tan powder coated with black packers/end caps and gold ‘PVD’ finish with black packers/end caps.
