Frames People to Start Making the Headlines

I can now confirm that Masterframe Windows is suing for 'passing off' a company in Southampton, who have copied our photos, even used the same text would you believe, and we have 'customers' who thought they had bought our windows only to find they haven't.

In addition, we now learn of three other companies who use our adverts for their web sites, yellow pages, brochures etc all without permission, all illegally, all selling someone else's windows.

All claiming to be FENSA registered, it will be interesting to see the response once we report the facts to FENSA. Clearly member companies have a duty to comply with 'all laws', 'commitment to fair trading', the question is does FENSA have teeth to clean up this industry?

Copy right, trade marks, passing off, web pages .... sorry to rant on but this is wrong, and I am going to stop one or two companies from trading, and stop them ripping off the public, our Bygone installers, and me at the same time, so WATCH THIS SPACE.
